Our NEMT Dispatchers coordinate safe, reliable transportation for clients to and from medical appointments. They manage schedules, assign drivers, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, our dispatch team keeps everything running smoothly—so clients can focus on their health, not the ride.

Responsiblities

Coordinate transportation for clients to medical appointments
Schedule and assign drivers based on location and availability
Monitor trip progress and respond to delays or issues in real time
Communicate with drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities
Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, and company policies
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and client needs
Use dispatching software to manage daily operations efficiently

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Proficient with dispatching or scheduling software (e.g., Route Genie, TripMaster)
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
Knowledge of local geography and roadways is a plus
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and transportation compliance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
